Can I tell you something?

As has been noted elsewhere in my published random neural firings, I graduated from Portland State University in 1981 with the unironically titled degree of a BS in Political Science. This is a sheepskin that has no useful purpose other than to gain admission to law school and I had zero desire to be a legal beagle, so to make my academic pursuit even more futile, I focused my studies on international relations. Or more accurately the lack thereof.
