Five years ago I wrote a book and then took a class and read some books on how to write a book and realized I didn’t know what I was doing. Early in the learning process I was instructed that to become a better writer one must get out of one’s comfort zone and try to write in different voices and forms and genres. As you know by now I stick pretty much to sarcastic humor, but here for your perusal is my first and likely last attempt to spin a horror story. It will be presented over the next eleven weeks in bite-size chunks and is your Laughable Feast summer read. Read it piecemeal or all at once, but be very afraid.
