I started my freshman year at Lincoln High School in the fall of 1970 and by that time my pituitary gland had been on sabbatical for over three years. I got a few postcards from that little bastard and most of them said it was having a wonderful time and wished I was there, but on occasion I got letters professing it missed me terribly and would soon return home to the base of my skull.
